Service Description
Experience Portraiture as a Ritual of Self-Reclamation. A healing journey through ritual, archetype, and self-expression. This is a 3-part experience blending archetype coaching, ritual portraiture, and creative collaboration. Session 1 – Archetype Visioning Explore the archetype calling to you and design the visual mood, lighting, and wardrobe for your session. Session 2 – Embodiment & Photoshoot Step into her energy through a guided photo-coaching experience where intuitive prompts replace poses. Session 3 – The Reveal & Refinement Preview your images, collaborate on final tones and edits, and complete your journey with a custom Portrait Grimoire™. **Booking this call is your first 1.5 hour Visioning Session. The Cost of this booking covers the entire Journey and Photo Grimoire™ Book! We will book the rest of your sessions the end of the 1st call. *6, 12, & 24 month payment plan options available at checkout with Afterpay LOCATION: Archetype Photoshoots are available in Asheville, NC area. I travel within 60 mins drive of 28704 zipcode (farther for additional fee). Your First and Last call will be virtual.
Cancellation Policy
Retainer: Sessions are to be paid in full at time of booking. 30% of this fee serves as the non-refundable retainer. Client Reschedule: Must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to transfer retainer to a new date (one transfer only). Photographer Reschedule: In case of illness, emergency, or weather, Photographer may reschedule. Special Events (Weddings, Elopements, Vow Renewals) In the unlikely event Photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, Photographer will make every reasonable effort to secure a qualified replacement photographer. If a replacement cannot be found, liability is limited to the return of all payments received. Cancellations: 30% Retainer is non-refundable under any circumstances. If Client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled session (or 30 days for weddings/special events), any additional balance paid will be refunded (less the 30% retainer). Cancellations within 48 hours of the session (or 30 days for weddings/special events) are non-refundable at 100% of the session fee.
